By creating an account or using our services, you automatically agree to these terms. If you disagree with any point, do not use our services.
1. Use of Service
Permitted Use
- Legitimate email marketing campaigns for your business
- Communication with customers who consented to receive emails
- Newsletters and relevant promotional content
- Follow-up and nurturing automations
- Integration with social networks for content publishing
- Domain monitoring and email configuration
Prohibited Use
- ❌ SPAM or unsolicited emails
- ❌ Illegal, offensive or malicious content
- ❌ Phishing, fraud or scam attempts
- ❌ Sharing account credentials
- ❌ Attempts to bypass system limits
- ❌ Resale or sublicensing of the service
- ❌ Use of contact lists acquired without consent
- ❌ Sending discriminatory or hate content
2. Account Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- • Keep credentials secure and do not share them
- • Provide accurate and updated information
- • Comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR/LGPD)
- • Report suspicious activities immediately
- • Backup important data
- • Ensure valid consent from contacts (LGPD Art. 7)

Password Policy
We recommend strong passwords with at least 8 characters, including letters, numbers and symbols. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for maximum security.
3. Plans, Subscriptions and Payments
Available Plans
We offer three subscription plans to meet different needs:
Starter (Free)
Basic email marketing features, ideal for getting started. Includes monthly sending limit, 1 SMTP configuration and basic templates.
Pro (Paid)
Advanced features with expanded sending limits, multiple SMTP configurations, unlimited templates, advanced analytics and A/B testing.
Enterprise (Paid)
Unlimited resources, priority support, unlimited contacts and sends, all available integrations and premium features.
Billing Policy
- • Monthly recurring prepaid billing
- • Payments securely processed via Stripe
- • We accept international credit cards
- • Invoice automatically issued with each charge
- • Prices in BRL (Brazilian Reais) subject to change with 30 days prior notice
Cancellation and Refund
- • Cancel at any time, no penalty or bureaucracy
- • Proportional refund for unused days in the current month
- • Data kept for 30 days after cancellation for export
- • Free export of all your data before account closure
- • Cancellation confirmation sent by email
- • When canceling a paid plan, your account automatically reverts to the Starter (free) plan

Not satisfied within the first 30 days after purchase? We refund 100% of the amount paid, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Price Changes
Plan prices may change at any time. You will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. Content Responsibility
Content Under Your Responsibility
You are solely and exclusively responsible for:
- All content of emails sent through the platform
- The accuracy and legality of imported contact lists
- Obtaining and maintaining valid recipient consent as per LGPD (Art. 7)
- Compliance with applicable email marketing laws
- SMTP credentials and sending configurations provided
- Content published via social media integrations
LGPD Compliance
By using our platform, you declare and warrant that:
- You have adequate legal basis for sending emails to each contact on your list
- You provide an opt-out (unsubscribe) mechanism in all emails sent
- You do not send emails to contacts who have unsubscribed
- You maintain consent records of recipients
5. Suspension and Termination
Reasons for Suspension
- Violation of terms of use
- Suspicious or fraudulent activities
- Non-payment after 7 days past due
- Confirmed SPAM complaints
- Sending illegal or discriminatory content
- Use of purchased or non-consent lists
Fair Process
Before any suspension, you will receive:
- • Email notification with infraction details
- • 48h deadline for problem correction
- • Opportunity to contest the decision
- • Support for resolution
Non-Payment
In case of payment failure, your subscription will be automatically suspended after 7 days. Creation and sending features will be blocked, but your data will be preserved for 30 days for possible reactivation.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Our platform integrates with third-party services to offer additional features:
We are not responsible for the operation, policies or terms of these third-party services. We recommend reading each service's terms individually.
7. Intellectual Property
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". While we strive to offer the best possible experience:
- • We do not guarantee the service will be 100% interruption-free
- • We do not guarantee delivery of all emails (depends on external factors such as email providers, domain reputation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration)
- • We are not responsible for actions of third parties that may affect the service
- • We are not responsible for changes in email provider policies
Financial Limit
Under any circumstances, our total financial liability to you is limited to the amount actually paid in the last 12 (twelve) months of service use.
Exclusions
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or any other commercial damages.
Our commitment: We do everything in our power to maintain the best possible service and resolve any issues with agility and transparency.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. In case of changes:
- You will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance
- An updated version will be published on this page with the new update date
- Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
- If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your account at no cost before the effective date
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
- The courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are elected as competent to resolve any doubts or disputes arising from these terms
- The parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably before resorting to the courts
- The applicability of these terms is subject to current legislation, including the Consumer Protection Code, the Marco Civil da Internet and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD)
